Unlock Leadership Lab is a 12-week leadership development fellowship designed for university students of faith who desire to discover, develop, and deploy their full potential for meaningful impact. The program integrates faith, leadership identity, and real-world skills to equip participants with the spiritual grounding, competence, and resilience required to lead with excellence in their chosen fields.
Through structured learning, mentorship, and a hands-on Impact Project, fellows are supported to translate conviction into contribution, becoming leaders who pursue success as service and influence as responsibility.

Who Should Apply
- 200-500 level Undergraduate students currently enrolled in Nigerian universities or equivalent tertiary institutions.
- Students of Christian faith who are committed to personal growth, service, and ethical leadership.
- Young leaders with demonstrated initiative or a strong desire to develop leadership capacity.
Individuals willing to commit fully to a 12-week intensive development journey.
You don’t need to be perfect, hold big positions, or have everything figured out, but you need to be hungry to grow, open to learning, ready to work, and committed to excellence.
